Quotes 2.0

Here are a few more quotes I came up with, during random conversations and thoughts. Found them worth sharing:

  • There is nothing stronger or weaker than human will.
  • You're lucky if someone wants to be a part of your life not out of obligation or greed, but out of choice.
  • A smart person learns from the mistakes he makes. A smarter person learns from the mistakes someone else makes.
  • It is astounding to see the amount of time and energy we spend resisting the inevitable.
  • Taking you for granted is one of the worst things your friend can do to you.
  • 'A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush' psychology is the biggest deterrent to enterprise.
  • People need to understand the difference between falling in love with a face and falling in love with a person.
  • Wisdom does not come merely from experiences. It is a result of reflection on those experiences.
  • It's rather humbling to realise that a couple of generations ago, people went through 2 world wars, a stuggle for independence and the partition of the country. Yet, they managed to rebuild a nation. Our generation's biggest problem is an out of shape economy, and we call it a 'crisis'.
  • What I can't say, I write.
